Care, thoughtfully structured
Every appointment is individual. These are the ways we most commonly work together.

Initial consultation & assessment
A full history, whole-body assessment and, where appropriate, a first gentle treatment.
Follow-up McTimoney treatment
Ongoing gentle adjustment sessions, to realign the body and help to correct biomechanical compensatory patterns.
Hypermobility assessment
A structured assessment of joint range and stability for looser, stretchier bodies, guiding low-force care that is paced to you.
Postural & movement review
Practical guidance on daily habits, work set-up and movement between visits.
Pregnancy & postnatal care
Gentle support through the changes of pregnancy and recovery afterwards.
Maintenance and wellness care
Regular check-ins to help keep things settled once symptoms have eased, at a frequency that works for you.
A particular focus
Hypermobility
The McTimoney technique is especially suited to patients who are hypermobile (‘double jointed’). In these bodies, ligaments are looser and stretchier, meaning joints move beyond the normal range. Hypermobile patients are often more difficult to comfortably and accurately adjust using traditional manual techniques. In contrast, a McTimoney adjustment is a relaxing, enjoyable experience with none of the anxiety.
Dr Hannah has been specialising in treating hypermobile patients since 2018. She has completed EDS ECHO programs in both adult and paediatric care, in both the UK and the US.
